Physics Note
Nov. 16th, 2010 01:25 pmInteresting side-effect of posting Baby's physics lessons - got a correction* to one and she had to do a bit of reviewing. Being correct is very important to her so she was happy to get the correction.
*The correction was that it isn't the weak nuclear force that overcomes the same-charge repulsion of protons, it's the strong nuclear force. The weak force comes into play in hydrogen-hydrogen fusion by changing one of the protons to a neutron and the result is deuterium.
I'm happy she is keeping her head working, she's happy that she's correct again.
Bye for now.
