I tend to overreact to everything, so when someone sends me a fussy, insulting email, it makes me feel really bad.
But I also overreact to good stuff so thanks - those of you that said good things made me REALLY happy *hugs*.

I frequently tell people "PersonA didn't make you feel bad, they just set up a situation that you choose to feel bad about." This is a philosophy I really believe. That doesn't make me immune to falling into the same trap, though. Other people can still influence my moods - I don't have the kind of self-control it takes to just ignore attempts to mess up my mood. I'm even good at messing up my own moods over things that aren't even important. Fortunately, I also let the good stuff influence me, so get out of the bad moods pretty easy. They can get deep and nasty, but they don't last.
Another case of "do what I say, not what I do". [grins]
