Domain Host?

lissalysikanI need a new domain host. Dotster.com is terrible. Apparently they think that users are all know-nothing kids who will believe any lie they are fed, so they lie a lot.
Any good recommendations for a moderate space (1TB or less) low bandwidth (100 or less users) host with wordpress and phpBB ? I can learn how to use a new image program for the gallery but Wordpress is a must for blog (once I get Ichie blackmailed .. convinced .. to contribute regular) and phpBB is really the only forum software for non web geeks (I'm a software geek, not a web geek).

P.S. I'm still at Lysikan.org, but the crappy Dotster.com useless people can't seem to keep it connected so it might or might not show up. That's why the need to move. They haven't kicked me off .. yet.
