Secondlife Babbling
Mar. 16th, 2012 12:16 pmHm. Considering SecondLife. Thinking might be time to let the sim go. No visitors any more - I don't do a lot of building and/or creating there any more so a lot of places have gotten WAY better. It's hard to let go after so many years. Not planning to leave SL - I still have friends there (except when I get all moody or mad or some other emotional drama they don't need) and it is still fun to DJ. Just think it might be time to stop spending the money on a part that I'm not really doing anything with.
I still do creative stuff (at least, I think it's creative), just not in SL. Been working on a foggy swamp with dragon and elf. Trying to capture the mood is hard - the foggy swamp part keeps trying to dominate. Domination is good, but only in sex. No, there's no sex with dragon and elf. Implied, but none in the images. I do need to try to use some creativity on the web site and make it start being useful.
Most of my online social life has moved to NWN2 - SL friends went and got real lives (how dare they! :) ) so I needed another place to hang out. The NWN2 is more role play than real social, though, so I still need my fix of SL every day :) just not as many hours. Work doesn't help - I spend way too many hours out of the house cause of it, so don't get to be online as much which means I don't get to see as many people - can't ask Europeans to stay up til 1-2 am just to chat a little after I get home.
LUNCH!
Bye for now.
